This Arizona luxury home styling project “The Desert Retreat” involved comprehensive styling and accessorizing our client’s secondary home in a beautiful gated community. They had just completed a renovation and were ready for it to all come together. The normal design, approval, and ordering process occurred for most items. Still, we needed to see the home, anticipated on-site adjustments, and were requested to look at a few other areas upon arrival. Danielle and Brooke worked on the design’s upfront portion, and Brooke traveled out to wrap up the final details. As a bonus, she got to stay with her sister’s family and enjoy some time with them.
The home is in a beautiful gated community with all the amenities you would want in a vacation home. Only a few pieces of furniture were needed, so our focus was on wall art, bedding, mood lighting, rugs, and surface decor, which included built-ins and bookshelves.
Upon arrival, there were many boxes to unpack and break down. It was exciting to see everything that had been ordered months ago. Brooke spent the day unpacking, styling, and taking inventory on exchanges, returns, and new items needed, and there were multiple deliveries in between. The rest of the evening and the next day were full of shopping and returning to the house for installation. It was a quick and successful trip as the clients returned a few days later to enjoy their home.
The design in this Arizona luxury home styling project is sophisticated and luxurious but still relaxed and inviting. Neutral textures, hues, organic elements, and faux plants are carried throughout to complement the gorgeous landscape surrounding the home. We will share a few photos here, and if you would like to see more, you can check out social media, as we posted quite a few last month. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding this project.
